NextGen Ambassadors (NGA) is an independent, non-profit organization born from the master’s program in Transformation and Innovation at the University of Stavanger. Founded by three master’s students, NGA works to empower individuals facing social exclusion by creating pathways to inclusion through meaningful activities, education, and employment. Our mission aligns with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, as we strive to build a society where everyone has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
At NGA, we believe in the power of community, innovation, and shared purpose. Through partnerships across public, private, and non-profit sectors, we address some of today’s most pressing social challenges, especially those impacting youth and asyltallene experiencing exclusion. Our work is rooted in a commitment to create change on both individual and community levels.
The activities aim to give the participants inner motivation and help create a workforce that not only works for rewards but genuinely desires to contribute to business, success and growth, which in turn create value for both individuals and local communities.
The team behind the applicant organization collaborates with the business communities in the region, and through the project will offer companies access to motivated and willing people. The project recruit people through formal and informal collaboration with NGA’s partners.
