With a background in Mental Health and Addiction studies and current design studies at Noroff, Noemi is the backbone of our community. She leads the Life Skills program with a firm but caring hand – nobody moves on to step 2 without her approval. Beyond supporting participants, she also tends to our plant park at FOMO, making sure both people and plants can thrive.

Dedicated and dependable, he makes sure both mentors and participants feel seen, heard, and supported.
