With a background in Mental Health and Addiction studies and current design studies at Noroff, Noemi is the backbone of our community. She leads the Life Skills program with a firm but caring hand – nobody moves on to step 2 without her approval. Beyond supporting participants, she also tends to our plant park at FOMO, making sure both people and plants can thrive.

With a background in social work and extensive experience from child welfare and psychiatry, Sigrid leads the mentor program at NextGen Ambassadors. She is deeply committed to genuine inclusion, driven by her core conviction that inclusion requires action, not just words.
In her role as Mentor Coordinator, Sigrid is responsible for the screening and follow-up of all our mentors. Utilizing her strong professional judgment, she ensures that those who utilize our mentoring services are met by reliable, competent, and motivated supporters. Sigrid provides close support to every mentor to ensure that the quality of these relationships remains the top priority, transforming the vision of inclusion into practical results.

As the Lead Participant Coordinator, she ensures every individual finds their perfect match. From the initial intake to pairing participants with the ideal counselor, Lissi manages the journey with precision. Beyond her coordination work, she is a dedicated culture-builder, ensuring the entire team has the support they need to do their best work.
