Who Can Join?
Our participants bring with them a rich variety of experiences and backgrounds. Some are seeking new direction, others want to grow their skills, expand their network, or make a positive change. No matter where you’re starting from, you are welcome here. At NGA you get:
- Program and community that helps you discover your strengths and clarify what you want in life
- A mentor who listens, supports, and guides you based on your goals and interests
- Practical help with job searching, education planning and building routines

Your Journey with NGA:
We start by listening to your story. With our help, you will identify your goals, strengths, and the kind of support you need. You’ll also begin our FTF program, which helps you reflect daily, increase self-awareness, and build habits that supports you.
We’ll match you with a mentor who works in your field of interest or has relevant skills and knowledge. You might meet once a week to learn, plan, and take steps forward. Alongside this, you’ll have an NGA mentor, an expert by experience, to guide and support you through the whole process.
With your mentors’ support, you’ll put your plan into action. You’ll try, evaluate, adjust, and keep moving toward your goals. As you progress, you’ll also get access to our pool of opportunities: work placements, networking, study options and more.

How Can I Join?
At NGA, we believe in the power of belonging and community. Here you’ll find fellowship, safety, and people who believe in you. We don’t expect you to have it all figured out—we’ll figure it out with you. Every participant’s journey is unique, and you can start with a simple first step:
- Come to a FTF meeting – a safe space to meet others, share, and feel the support of the community.
- Leave your contacts and we will send you a message – our coordinator Kristo will be in touch with you.
We look forward to welcoming you.

Ambassador Story: Meet Jone, 25 years old
"Today, my life has completely changed. I live in community, I have work, and I fill my free time with meaningful activities. I have learned to manage my finances and even started saving money. I have reconnected with my family. I live a life I once could not even dream of – surrounded by people I love and who love me back.
Everything I have been through allows me to share hope with others who are struggling to find their place in society, who want to overcome addiction, or who simply need help moving one step forward in life."
Ready to Take the First Step?
In life, everyone faces moments when the path ahead is unclear or the challenges feel too heavy to carry alone. That doesn’t make you weak, it makes you human. Asking for support is an act of courage, and sometimes, the first step is simply sending a message.
