My name is Rune Todnem By, and I support NextGen Ambassadors

I believe we all make a difference, for better and for worse. YOU make a difference! Personally, I am fortunate to know a great many individuals making a real, positive difference. However, I don’t know many making more of a good difference than the fantastic people in NextGen Ambassadors (NGA). Having had the great pleasure of meeting the cofounders Olav and Sondre through the creation and delivery of Master’s of Transformation and Innovation (MTN Master i Transformasjon og Nyskaping), I feel honoured to support their important work for inclusion in the workforce in my own little way.

Being a sought-after speaker and facilitator on topics of leadership and organisational change, I ask clients to make a direct donation to NGA rather than paying me a speaking fee. Not all organisations can do this, but those who can all appreciate this approach, and the value it brings to society. A direct donation to NGA brings much greater value than paying me a speaking fee.
