Anna’s Story
I never felt like I fit in. Throughout my childhood I felt alone, struggling both in school and with the expectations placed on me. The thoughts and ideas I carried inside never found a place to grow. Even though I had talent in many areas, I was neither seen nor cheered on.
At the age of 13, I turned to drugs. What followed were years of addiction, mental health struggles, self-harm, and repeated suicide attempts. My life was heading in a dark direction – until I finally met the right people and received the support I needed.
With guidance and encouragement, I began to rebuild my life. I started studying, found work, and today I stand as a role model for other young people. My dream is to help build a society that creates equal opportunities for all.
